Discover a new, exotic destination for your winter holiday! Tourists from Moldova now have the opportunity to travel to the tropical island of Phú Quốc in Vietnam on a direct charter flight from Chișinău with Scat Airlines during the 2026–2027 winter holiday season! This is a wonderful opportunity to swap the winter chill for warm sunshine, snow-white beaches and the turquoise waters of the South China Sea. We are pleased to offer you flights on this new charter programme, which opens up the most convenient air route to one of the most attractive beach resorts in South-East Asia.

Phú Quốc — Vietnam’s largest island, situated in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast of Cambodia. It is often referred to as the Vietnamese Maldives thanks to its picturesque white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters and tropical scenery. The winter months, particularly from November to March, are considered one of the best times to visit the island: the weather is predominantly sunny and dry during this period, the sea is usually calm, and the air temperature is ideal for a comfortable beach holiday.

Visas for Vietnam. Visa requirements for citizens of Ukraine and Moldova
For a trip to the island of Phú Quốc lasting up to 30 days, no visa is required (provided you take a direct flight and do not leave the island to travel to other parts of Vietnam).
If, however, you do plan to travel to other regions, you must apply in advance for an e-visa on the website https://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn.

However, from 22 June 2026, for foreign nationals planning to travel to Vietnam, a system for the advance declaration of arrival information has been introduced (PAI Declaration — Pre-Arrival Information). Every foreign tourist arriving in Vietnam must complete this electronic arrival card:
- the form must be completed no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Vietnam,
- the official form is available on the Vietnam Immigration Service portal via the following link: complete the form,
- once the data has been successfully submitted, the system will generate a personal QR code. You must save the QR code on your mobile device or print it out. You will need to present it to an officer during passport control.

Important (in accordance with the official requirement of SCAT Airlines): in the declaration, you must select the airline code DV, not VSV, and enter only the flight number of the second leg of your journey to Vietnam. For departures from Chișinău, enter flight DV 5304 (not the first segment, 5312). You must save or print the completed form to present to the immigration authorities upon arrival.

Please note that the visa information provided is for reference only. To avoid unforeseen circumstances, we recommend contacting the authorised authorities of the country of destination or transit (Embassy, Consulate, Border Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs) for detailed information.
